Project Description:
This project is focused on determining spectroscopic properties to align with experimental data. The primary objective is to develop computational code for calculating time-dependent fluorescence-detected two-dimensional spectroscopy. This method is expected to be particularly sensitive to exciton-exciton annihilation processes and quenching.
Initially, the developed method will be tested on well-known systems. Subsequently, it will be applied to specific systems studied in other work packages, particularly the photosynthetic apparatus of diatoms (plankton) and the PSII system in higher plants.
