In 2019, the work on our patented disulfide-stabilized MHC class I proteins (plus a lot of additional work from colleagues, and the dedication of Jacobs administration and our CEO) led to the foundation of the Tetramer Shop in Copenhagen. This is nicely described in the Jacobs Press Release. The Tetramer Shop sold empty loadable MHC tetramers.
The Tetramer Shop was sold to 10x Genomics in 2021, and the new owners closed it after absorbing the technology into their own portfolio.
